Seismic Egress IP Addresses

Some of our services (e.g. LiveDoc, LiveSend, Email Delivery Service (EDS)) need to access our customers’ environments or cloud services. In these use cases, customers need to whitelist Seismic IP addresses in their inbound filtering security appliances (e.g. firewall, proxy, VPN, etc.) to make sure that the service integrations work correctly and securely.

Seismic Engineering aims to change these IP addresses as infrequently as possible, and we strive to send advanced communications before IP changes. However, if you are whitelisting Seismic IP addresses, it is strongly recommended that you monitor the IP list files, either manually or by using a website change detection tool (e.g., Visualping) to be alerted on IP changes.

Customers only need to whitelist the IP addresses for the ranges within their respective cloud region. If you are unsure which region your tenant is located in, be sure to contact Seismic Support.

We offer our list of IPs to whitelist in different formats. These list the same IPs, with a different structure.

Here’s a preview of the IP data:

Please note, the IP addresses used for CRM systems, such as SalesForce or Dynamics, will use the IPs in the “*”, “Library,” and “LiveDoc” columns for the respective regions.

List of all CIDRs. This lists all our egress IPs, regardless of the service and region.

If you would like us to provide another format to share those IPs, let us know.
